How does the Reasor's Advantage Points Program work?
Every time you reach $50 in qualifying purchases, at the Catoosa Reasor's, you'll earn 5 Advantage Points. These points can be used to deduct 5¢ off every gallon of fuel, up to 25 gallons, on your next fill-up at Lil' Reasor's fuel center.
Where can I use my Reasor's Advantage Card?
You can only use your Advantage card at the Catoosa location.
BENEFITS
What are the benefits of the Advantage Card?
- Earn Advantage Points that can be used toward the purchase of fuel.
- Cash customer can start the pump without having to go into the store and prepay for fuel.
- Key Return Service. If your key tag/keys get lost there is information on the back of the key tag card to send your key tag/keys back to the Reasor's home office, at 200 W. Choctaw Tahlequah, OK 74464, postage guaranteed. At this point a representative from Reasor's will send the keys back to the person they belong too, assuming that we have all the current information on the customer.
EARNING ADVANTAGE POINTS
How do I sign up for the Advantage Points?
You can receive your Advantage form sign up sheet, at Lil' Reasor's or the Catoosa Reasor's. Fill out the Reasor's Advantage Card Form. Return your form back to the Catoosa Reasor's customer service desk or Lil' Reasor's; at this point you will receive your Advantage Card.
How do I earn my Advantage Points?
Once you receive your Advantage card, just start shopping. Have your cashier scan your Reasor's Advantage Card each time you make a purchase at the Catoosa Reasor's.
How do I keep track of my Fuel Advantage Points?
We track your Advantage Points. Points are earned in $50 increments although you don't need to spend $50 all at once - your purchases add up and there's no limit to how many you can earn. When you shop at the Catoosa Reasor's your receipt will show your Advantage Points available from your previous shopping trip. To get your Advantage Points available that day you can go to the Available Discounts link after you log in to view your Advantage Points online or go to the Reasor's customer service desk.
How long do I have to use my Fuel Advantage Points?
Your Advantage Points earned will expire after 90 days, from the purchase of the points.
REDEEMING ADVANTAGE POINTS
How do I use my Advantage Points?
It's simple. Scan your Reasor's Advantage Card at the Lil' Reasor's Fuel Pump (in Catoosa), wait for the OK light and follow the instructions located on the fuel pump screen.
- To use your Advantage Points, press YES and the Advantage Points will automatically be credited to your purchase resulting in a reduction of the money you will pay for the fuel. (Pressing NO lets you save Advantage Points for a future visit.)
- Select one payment option only and take advantage of your Advantage Points.
Are there limits to using my Advantage Points?
If you choose to use your Advantage Points, you can pump up to 25 gallons, as low as 5¢ per gallon in one transaction for one vehicle. However, when done, your Advantage Points reset to zero (unless your total Advantage Points exceed the price per gallon - see next question).
What if my Advantage Points are more than the fuel price?
If you've earned Advantage Points worth more than the current price of fuel, your remaining Advantage Points will be saved for a future visit, up to 90 days from the purchase of the points.
Will my Advantage Points be good on any grade of fuel?
Yes. All grades of gasoline and diesel can be used.
PURCHASE RESTRICTIONS
Can cards be linked together for the Advantage Points program?
Cards with different numbers on the back of them cannot be linked together. When you sign up for the program you get one card and two key tags. That is one account; all three cards have the same number, and all of those are linked together. Although, if you and your spouse have two different card numbers you will earn points individually, based on the actual cards used in the grocery store.
Are some items excluded from the Advantage Points Program?
Yes. Offer excludes purchases of fuel, state-and federally-funded pharmacy prescriptions, anything in our Lil' Reasor's fuel centers, postage stamps, lottery tickets, car washes, alcoholic beverages, tobacco, all gift cards, money orders, phone card purchases, Western Union, amusement or entertainment tickets, copy or fax machine service, fund-raising books, returned check service fees and items prohibited by law. Advantage Points are calculated after all of the aforementioned items, all store discounts, and all coupons (including manufacturer coupons) have been subtracted from the order. Advantage Points are not earned on the amount of sales tax and other taxes paid by the consumer.
Can I Cash in my Advantage Points?
No cash back. Advantage Points can only be used toward the purchase of fuel. Otherwise, they have no cash value and are not valid with any other offer.
What happens if I don’t have my card or I forget to scan my Advantage Card?
Unfortunately, you must have your card or your key tag present at the time of purchase to have your advantage points assigned. Points will not be awarded for past purchases.
LOST OR DAMAGED CARDS
What if I lose my Card?
If you loose your Advantage card you will need to fill out another Advantage Card application form, (make sure to check the box replacement card). Then you will need to re-submit for a new card. When you receive your new Advantage Card, your Advantage Points will automatically be transferred from your old card to your new card.
What if my Advantage Card will not scan at the pump (barcode is damaged)?
Lil Reasor's fuel centers are unable to issue a fuel discount from the fuel center kiosk. Your card must be scanned at the pump. If your card does not scan, we ask that you fill out another Advantage Card application form, (make sure to check the box replacement card). When you receive a new Advantage Card, your Advantage Points will automatically be transferred from you old card to your new card.
REQUIREMENTS
What is required of each Advantage Card Holder
We ask that everyone with an Advantage Card keeps their personal information updated. If you have an address change go to the customer service desk and ask for an Advantage Card application form, refill out the form and check the box change of address.
