Reasor's Announces Free Antibiotics

Tahlequah, OK, August 12, 2008 - Beginning today, Reasor's Foods will be offering a FREE prescription antibiotic program at all Reasor's pharmacies. Many oral antibiotics are FREE with your doctor’s prescription, regardless of insurance or co-pay.

How does it work? New or current customers simply provide your Reasor's pharmacist with their prescription and up to a 10-day supply will be filled FREE of charge.

The following antibiotics account for the majority of antibiotic prescriptions filled at Reasor's and constitute the initial list of FREE antibiotics offered. Amoxicillin capsules, chewable tablets and suspension, Cephalexin capsules, Penicillin tablets and suspension, Doxycycline tablets, Ciprofloxacin tablets, Erythromycin tablets, Sulfamethoxazole/Trimethoprim tablets and suspension, Ampicillin capsules and liquid. Extended release formulations are not included in the initial roll-out.
