Reasor's will officially open its doors for business October 16th, 2013 at 7:00 A.M. at the two recently acquired locations. The stores are located at the corner of 71st & Garnett and 51st & Harvard.
An official ribbon cutting with the Reasor's Executive team and the Tulsa Metro Chamber of Commerce President, Mike Neal and COO, Mike Pivarnik will take place at the 71st & Garnett location at 9:00 A.M. and will be preceded by an award presentation from the Tulsa Metro Chamber to Jeff Reasor, Reasor's chairman and chief executive officer. The ribbon cutting at 51st & Harvard will take place at 11:00 A.M.

"We are excited for the surrounding neighborhoods and community members to experience the Reasor's difference and enjoy a store unmatched in customer service, variety, quality, and freshness," said Allen Mills, Reasor's president and chief strategy officer.

The newly renovated stores will features the finest quality and best value customers have grown to expect at Reasor's, including seafood, meat, produce, bakery, deli, specialty foods, pharmacy and the in-store Bank of Oklahoma.

The Deli will feature a new Reasor's Fried Chicken recipe, with a proprietary blend of seasoning and spices in the breading you can only find at Reasor's. This new recipe is always fresh, never frozen and hand-breaded for crispy, crunchy perfection, this will be a great addition to the Reasor's Ready-To-Go meal and dinner selection, you can find at any Reasor's location.

New Reasor's shoppers will also be able to sign up for a Reasor's Rewards card, a program designed to reward loyal Reasor's customers with savings on fuel at Oklahoma QuikTrip locations.

Applications for part- and full-time employment are still being accepted online at Reasor's is 100% employee owned with competitive benefits packages including an employee stock ownership plan.

Reasor's was founded 50 years ago at a single location in Tahlequah, Oklahoma by namesake, Larry Reasor. Today, the company has 20 locations and two convenience stores throughout northeastern Oklahoma. Reasor's is now employee-owned and provides jobs for nearly 3,000 community members. In 2013, Supermarket News ranked the company #38 on its Top 50 Small Chains and Independents in the U.S.
