New Year, New You! Weight Loss Challenge


Each year, many of us make New Year's resolutions about our health and oftentimes they can be difficult to keep. Research shows that 64% of people keep their resolutions past 1 month and only 45% keep them past six months. But this year, signing up for our 2014 Weight Loss Challenge will really make your New Year's Resolutions come true. Whether you want to simply monitor your weight after the holidays, or choose to make a healthy weight loss goal, this challenge will motivate you to become a healthier individual!

Summary: 10-week group weight loss challenge starting Tuesday, Feb. 4th through Tuesday, April 15th. Each session will be from 5:30-6:30 PM at the Jenks location. Cost per individual is $50. As a bonus, for an additional $50, we will provide metabolic testing to help build a unique, personalized plan for weight loss, including your RMR or Resting Metabolic Rate telling you how many calories your body burns without exercise. All other resources will be provided for participants.
