Reasor's donates $10,000 to Blue Star Mothers

Reasor's would like to extend a big "THANK YOU" to all who came out to our stores on July 10th and participated in our annual Scoops for the Troops fundraising event. The proceeds from the event, combined with the $1 donation from Keebler for every package of cones sold that day, brought the total amount to $8257.50. Reasor's decided to provide additional funding to bring the grand total to $10,000 which will go to the Oklahoma Chapter 1 Blue Star Mothers.

The main focus of the Oklahoma Chapter One is to send Freedom Boxes to our troops serving in Iraq, Afghanistan and on any hostile foreign soil. These boxes are just a small way to say "thank you for your sacrifice and patriotism to our nation" and to let the troops know there will always be people back home thinking about them and praying for them.
