Certified Angus Beef brand® Ground Chuck

Warm up 2014 with Reasor's Certified Angus Beef brand® Ground Chuck.

Ground chuck is currently the most popular ground meat on the market. Wondering what the difference is between regular ground beef and ground chuck? Well, it's not Chuck Norris! Ground Chuck is a leaner meat coming from the neck and shoulder area of the cow, giving the meat the most abundant flavoring.

Reasor's also proudly offers the Certified Angus Beef brand®, which ensures incredibly flavorful, tender and juicy beef due to the marbling, also-known-as the little white flecks, in every cut.

Ready to change it up from the Holiday Dinner? How about Certified Angus Beef Sliders?

  • 1 1/2 pounds Certified Angus Beef® Ground Chuck
  • 1 Small White Onion, chopped fine and saute
  • 12 Mini Knot Rolls or Mini Burger Buns, sliced in half
  • 6 Slices Pepper Jack Cheese or Yellow American
  • Dietz and Watson Smoky Chipotle Mayo
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

  1. Form ground chuck into twelve 2-ounce patties. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
  2. Grill or pan-sear on each side, cooking thoroughly (160F internal temperature).
  3. Build burgers by layering onion, patty and cheese on a bun. Skewer with a toothpick frill for easy handling.
  4. Try adding Dietz & Watson Smoky Chipotle Mayo for extra zing

Servings: Makes 12

Notes: Mini burgers, or sliders, are all the rage and for good reason. If you prefer a larger burger, simply make four 6-ounce patties and use regular-sized buns. Either way, they pack big satisfaction in every bite!
