Reasor's Eat Right Feel Great is dedicated to helping our customers and their families make better choices to improve their health, and make navigating the aisles for healthier options a little easier. This segment of our Eat Right Feel Great series will cover Weight Management.

A weight loss of just 5-10% can greatly decrease your risk of developing chronic diseases such as heart disease, cancer, and diabetes. Physical activity can help reduce fat and build muscle, just as proper nutrition can fuel our bodies efficiently and aid in weight loss. We have several store tours in January and February, led by a Registered Dietitian, which will focus on the foods to help your body lose weight and maintain a healthy weight. Check out the different dates and locations to find a tour that works best with your schedule.

Reasor's has Registered Dietitians on staff that can meet any individual or group, wherever they may find themselves on their weight loss journey. Services include one-on-one consultations, fat percentage measurements, BMI calculation, and personalized meal plans.
