Frosted Fruit Cooler

    Ingredients
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 2 cups Chilled Fruit Juice
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • Red Food Color (optional)
  • Sherbet
  • 4 Lemon Slices
    Directions
  1. Heat water and sugar to boiling.
  2. Reduce heat; simmer uncovered 20 minutes.
  3. Cover and refrigerate.
  4. Mix fruit juice and lemon juice into sugar syrup.
  5. Stir in a few drops of food color.
  6. Pour into 4 small glasses.
  7. Top each with a scoop of sherbet and garnish with a lemon slice.
