Frosted Fruit Cooler

Ingredients
1 cup Water
1/4 cup Sugar
2 cups Chilled Fruit Juice
2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
Red Food Color (optional)
Sherbet
4 Lemon Slices
Directions
Heat water and sugar to boiling.
Reduce heat; simmer uncovered 20 minutes.
Cover and refrigerate.
Mix fruit juice and lemon juice into sugar syrup.
Stir in a few drops of food color.
Pour into 4 small glasses.
Top each with a scoop of sherbet and garnish with a lemon slice.
