Fish Tacos

  • 4 Fillets Fresh Farm Raised Tilapia
  • 1/3 cup Organic Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • Fresh Cracked Pepper (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon Each Paprika and Garlic Salt
  • 8 Small Flour Tortillas

Add Ingredients to Shopping List

  1. Mix the soy sauce, maple syrup, and garlic salt together in a bowl.
  2. Take the tilapia, which is a really light, "not-fishy" fish, and let it sit in the marinade for 20-25 minutes in the fridge.
  3. Grill or pan fry for 2-3 minutes each side until golden brown.
  4. Serve tacos by assembling the cole slaw, salsa and cooked tilapia inside tortillas.
Servings: 4
Notes: To make a nice mango salsa to accompany the tacos, just throw together some diced mango, onion, tomato, and a little pico de gallo.
