Directions
- Mix the soy sauce, maple syrup, and garlic salt together in a bowl.
- Take the tilapia, which is a really light, "not-fishy" fish, and let it sit in the marinade for 20-25 minutes in the fridge.
- Grill or pan fry for 2-3 minutes each side until golden brown.
- Serve tacos by assembling the cole slaw, salsa and cooked tilapia inside tortillas.

Notes:
To make a nice mango salsa to accompany the tacos, just throw together some diced mango, onion, tomato, and a little pico de gallo.
