Chocolate Pie

    Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3 to 6 tablespoons Cocoa
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 Pie Shell

    Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients together and pour into pie shell. Bake for 45 minutes to one hour at 325 degrees. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
  2. Serve with whipped cream.
Notes: The consistency of the pie will change with the time baked. For a creamy filling, bake around 45 minutes. For a more cake-like filling and crunchier crust, bake for one hour.
