One cup of papaya provides 70 calories and is a substantial source of vitamins A and C. This drink is cool and refreshing, great after a strenuous workout.
- Chill 4 tall glasses in the freezer.
- Combine papaya, banana, yogurt and orange juice in blender container.
- Whirl on high for 30 seconds.
- Add ice.
- Blend 30 seconds more.
- Pour into chilled glasses.
- Float 1 tablespoon grenadine on each, if desired.
