Papaya Sunriser

One cup of papaya provides 70 calories and is a substantial source of vitamins A and C. This drink is cool and refreshing, great after a strenuous workout.
  • 1 Ripe Papaya, peeled, cut into chunks
  • 1 Banana, peeled, cut into chunks
  • 1 Carton (6 oz.) Lemon Yogurt
  • 1 cup Orange Juice
  • 2 cups Crushed Ice
  • 1/4 cup Grenadine, optional

Add Ingredients to Shopping List

  1. Chill 4 tall glasses in the freezer.
  2. Combine papaya, banana, yogurt and orange juice in blender container.
  3. Whirl on high for 30 seconds.
  4. Add ice.
  5. Blend 30 seconds more.
  6. Pour into chilled glasses.
  7. Float 1 tablespoon grenadine on each, if desired.
