  • 2 pounds Ground Beef
  • 2 cans Stewed Tomatoes (28 oz each)
  • 1 Medium Head Cabbage, shredded
  • 2 Large Onion, chopped
  • 6 Celery Ribs, chopped
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

  1. In a large saucepan or Dutch oven, cook the beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain.
  2. Add the tomatoes, cabbage, onions and celery; bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat; simmer uncovered for 25 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
  4. Add salt and pepper.
