Ground Turkey with Fried Rice

Delicious fresh turkey recipe for all occasions.
  • 1/2 pound Ground Breast Turkey
  • 1/2 cup Sliced Mushrooms (or small can)
  • 1/2 cup Onion, chopped
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 3 cups White Rice, cooked
  • 4 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 4 cups Cabbage or Slaw Mix, shredded (optional)

Add Ingredients to Shopping List

  1. Spray pan or lightly grease with canola oil.
  2. Brown turkey, onions and mushrooms.
  3. If using cabbage, add now and stir fry on medium heat until lightly braised.
  4. Add broth, reduce heat, cover, and simmer 5 minutes.
  5. Add cooked rice to turkey mixture and fry until all liquid is absorbed.
  6. Add soy sauce just before serving.
  7. Mix well and enjoy.
