Basic Cheesecake

  • 24 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups Sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 2 teaspoons Lemon Rind
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 3 cups Crushed Graham Crackers

Add Ingredients to Shopping List

  1. Mix Grahams, melted butter and sugar in a small bowl. Press mixture into a 9 inch pie pan. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.
  2. Mix cream cheese, sugar eggs and lemon rind until smooth. Pour into baked graham cracker crust and bake in at 350° for 50 minutes or until slightly jiggley in the middle when shook.
  3. Cool before serving.
  4. Cover with fruit toppings like blueberry or strawberry.
Notes: The less it is baked the creamier it will be. If your cheesecake is forming cracks, try baking in shallow water bath.
