Baby Portabella Mushroom Bacon Burger

Directions
- Mix Together meat, egg and seasonings. Split into 8 equal parts. Make 8 thin patties. I use wax paper so it comes off easy and it has a nice uniform look.
- Place one hamburger patty on the bottom. Add Swiss cheese to the middle of hamburger, place second patty on top of cheese and seal (I use a fork to smash the end, so the cheese will not come out, then make patty look pretty).
- Sauté the baby portabella mushrooms in butter & olive oil (set aside).
- Time to put together.
- You can change the condiments and cheeses to your liking; this one is just my favorite!
