Baby Portabella Mushroom Bacon Burger

    Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 pounds Ground Certified Angus Beef®
  • 1 package Cooked Bacon Strips
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup of Sliced Baby Portabella Mushrooms
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 4 Swiss Cheese Slices
  • 1 Egg White
  • 1 teaspoon Butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Lawry Season Salt
  • 4 Hamburger Buns

Directions
  1. Mix Together meat, egg and seasonings. Split into 8 equal parts. Make 8 thin patties. I use wax paper so it comes off easy and it has a nice uniform look.
  2. Place one hamburger patty on the bottom. Add Swiss cheese to the middle of hamburger, place second patty on top of cheese and seal (I use a fork to smash the end, so the cheese will not come out, then make patty look pretty).
  3. Sauté the baby portabella mushrooms in butter & olive oil (set aside).
  4. Time to put together.
  5. You can change the condiments and cheeses to your liking; this one is just my favorite!
