Strawberry Mango Salsa
This delicious salsa made with fresh fruit is perfect for summer. First of season Hatch chilies give it an extra kick. This salsa is going to be your new favorite recipe to take to backyard get-togethers with family and friends!
  • 1 cup Fresh Strawberries (hulled and diced)
  • 1 Whole Fresh Mango (peeled, pitted and diced)
  • 1/2 Whole Fresh Avocado (peeled, pitted and diced)
  • 2 tablespoons Diced Red Onion
  • 1 tablespoon Diced Hatch Chilies
  • 3 tablespoons Chopped Fresh Cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
  • Salt to Taste
  • Drizzle with Honey to Taste

Add Ingredients to Shopping List

  1. In a medium bowl, stir together strawberries, mango, avocado, red onion, Hatch chilies, cilantro.
  2. Squeeze fresh lime juice over salsa. Sprinkle with salt to taste.
  3. Lightly drizzle with honey.
  4. Toss all ingredients together before serving.
Servings: Makes about 2 cups
