- Mix the bulgur wheat with the salt, pour over the boiling water, and leave stand 15 to 20 minutes. All the water will then be absorbed.
- Mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, mint, parsley and garlic for the dressing and pour over the soaked bulgur. Fold in lightly with a spoon.
- Leave for 2 hours or overnight in refrigerator. Add the tomatoes, cucumber, and green onions. Mix together and serve.
