Green Goddess Dressing

  • 24 Fl Oz Basic Mayonnaise
  • 2 Fl Oz Tarragon Vinegar
  • 1 ounce Chopped Flat-leaf Parsley Leaves
  • 4 teaspoons Chopped Chives
  • 3 tablespoons Tarragon Leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Anchovy Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Coarse-cracked Black Pepper
  • Salt, to taste

Add Ingredients to Shopping List

  1. Combine all ingredients thoroughly. Adjust seasoning to taste. This dressing may be pureed in a food processor, if desired. Refrigerate immediately.
  2. Chef's Note: If tarragon vinegar is unavailable, substitute white wine vinegar and add 2 tbsp additional chopped tarragon.
