Crabmeat Cobbler a.k.a Crabmeat Au Gratin
- Melt shortening in top of double boiler or heavy pan; add green pepper and onion. Cook for about 10 minutes. Blend in flour, mustard, milk and cheese; cook stirring constantly until cheese is melted and mixture is very thick. Add crabmeat, tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, and salt; pour into 2 quart casserole; season to taste. Place in 375°F oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until top is golden brown.
