Pan Seared Pork Chops with Spiced Apples
- Melt butter in medium sauce pan, add cored and peeled apple, cook until tender over medium heat. Add brown sugar, cinnamon, and ginger.
- Stir to coat apples with spices.
- Add cooking wine and reduce heat to simmer until sauce thickens (about 5 minutes).
- Season boneless pork chops with Alder Smoked Salt and fresh ground black pepper. Cook in skillet over medium heat w/ 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil. (start pork chops when apples are placed on simmer).
