Grilled New York Strip Steak and Goat Cheese Salad
  • 6 (8 oz) New York Strip Steaks
  • 1 Large Shallot, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 3 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Kosher Salt to Taste
  • Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • 10 cups Loosely Packed Arugula
  • 1 Med Fennel Bulb, trimmed, halved lengthwise, cored, very thinly sliced
  • 1 (4 ounce) Pkg. Alouette Goat Cheese Crumbled

Add Ingredients to Shopping List

  1. Whisk shallot and lemon juice in small bowl. Gradually whisk in oil.
  2. Season to taste with salt and pepper and let stand 15 minutes to blend flavors.
  3. Combine arugula and sliced fennel in large bowl.
  4. Toss with enough dressing to coat salad.
  5. Add Alouette Crumbled Goat Cheese; toss gently and serve.
