Green Chile BBQ-Bacon Burger
  • 1 Egg
  • 3 tablespoons Canned Diced Green Chiles, undrained
  • 1/4 cup Bbq Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Onion-flavored Burger Seasoning Blend
  • 1 pound Lean Ground Beef
  • 4 Slices Reduced-fat Pepper Jack
  • 4 Extra-lean Turkey Bacon Slices, cooked crisp, cut in half
  • 4 Reasor's Fresh Hamburger Buns
  • 4 Lettuce Leaves

  1. Coat the grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat grill to high (400-450 deg F). In a large bowl, combine egg, chiles and seasoning blend; mix well with a fork. Add ground beef and BBQ sauce; mix thoroughly. Form into 4 patties.
  2. Grill patties, covered, 4 to 5 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Top each patty with 1 slice of cheese and 2 bacon halves. Grill, covered, 1 minute or until cheese melts.
  3. Place each patty in a roll, top with lettuce and other toppings as desired, and serve.
