Green Chile BBQ-Bacon Burger
- Coat the grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat grill to high (400-450 deg F). In a large bowl, combine egg, chiles and seasoning blend; mix well with a fork. Add ground beef and BBQ sauce; mix thoroughly. Form into 4 patties.
- Grill patties, covered, 4 to 5 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Top each patty with 1 slice of cheese and 2 bacon halves. Grill, covered, 1 minute or until cheese melts.
- Place each patty in a roll, top with lettuce and other toppings as desired, and serve.
