Reuben BBQ Burgers
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 4 ounces Corned Beef
  • 1/4 cup Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 Clove Garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 cup Bbq Sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
  • 8 ounces Sauerkraut, drained
  • 5 Slices Swiss Cheese
  • 5 Rye Buns, toasted

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, corned beef, onion, BBQ sauce, garlic, salt and pepper. Form into 5 patties. Place on grill and cook until nearly done. Top each patty with sauerkraut and a slice of cheese. Continue grilling until cheese is melted. Place buns on grill for 1-3 minutes or until toasted. Serve patties on toasted buns
