Jamaican Jerk Ribs
- Generously coat the ribs with the Cajun seasoning, on both sides, and refrigerate for 8 to 12 hours
- Place ribs in a baking container, side by side. Add 1/2 inch of water to the bottom of the pan.
- Cover with foil and place in a 350° oven for 1 1/2 hours.
- Uncover and remove any remaining liquid.
- Brush the ribs with Caribbean jerk marinade
- Finish in the oven for 30 minutes.
