  1. Generously coat the ribs with the Cajun seasoning, on both sides, and refrigerate for 8 to 12 hours
  2. Place ribs in a baking container, side by side. Add 1/2 inch of water to the bottom of the pan.
  3. Cover with foil and place in a 350° oven for 1 1/2 hours.
  4. Uncover and remove any remaining liquid.
  5. Brush the ribs with Caribbean jerk marinade
  6. Finish in the oven for 30 minutes.
