Chicken Fettuccine
  • 1 1/2 pounds Chicken Tenders
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 1 cup Red Bell Pepper, cut in 1/4 inch julienne strips
  • 1 cup Green Bell Pepper, cut in 1/4 inch julienne strips
  • 2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 3/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, freshly grated
  • 4 cups Linguine, cooked (8 oz before cooking)
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper, freshly ground

Add Ingredients to Shopping List

  1. Melt butter in a large skillet. Add chicken tenders and sauté lightly until about half done.
  2. Add peppers and continue cooking until chicken is fully cooked and peppers are tender but not mushy.
  3. Add heavy cream and bring to a boil. Simmer for a minute or two and add pasta.
  4. Fold in grated cheese. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
