Chipotle Lime Shrimp

    Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 1.5 pounds Extra Large Shrimp
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sugar
  • Chipotle Lime Glaze:
  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped Fresh Cilantro
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Minced Canned Chipotle Chile
  • 2 teaspoons Adobo Sauce
  • 4 teaspoons Brown Sugar

Directions
  1. Heat oil in large skillet until just smoking.
  2. Peel and devein shrimp, pat shrimp dry then toss shrimp, salt, pepper, and sugar together in bowl.
  3. Add shrimp to hot skillet in a single layer. Cook for 1-2 min then flip each shrimp continue cooking for 1-2 more min until shrimp are done.
  4. Mix chipotle glaze ingredients.
  5. Toss shrimp in the glaze then serve.
