Slammin Salmon Sushi Salad

  • 2 cups Cooked Brown Rice
  • 1/2 cup Cooked Salmon
  • 1 Sliced Cucumber
  • 2 Sheets Nori
  • 1 Diced Avocado
  • 1/2 cup Wasabi Paste
  • 1/2 cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce
  • Sesame Seeds

Add Ingredients to Shopping List

  1. Mix together wasabi paste and low sodium soy sauce - set aside.
  2. Place cooked rice in the bottom of a glass or bowl.
  3. Sprinkle broken nori sheets over rice.
  4. Place sliced cucumber over nori.
  5. Place avocado on top of cucumber.
  6. Place salmon on top of avocado.
  7. Drizzle wasabi soy sauce over salmon and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
