Easy Shrimp Scampi
  • 1 pound Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 6 tablespoons Butter or Margarine
  • 4 Cloves Garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons Fresh Parsley, snipped
  • 6 tablespoons White Wine

Add Ingredients to Shopping List

  1. In a large skillet heat the oil and butter over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and shrimp. Cook stirring frequently for 2-3 minutes or until the shrimp turns pink.
  3. Stir in parsley and wine. Serve immediately.
