Marinated Jumbo Shrimp
    Ingredients
  • 24 Large Cooked Shrimp (about 1 pound)
  • 8 ounces Canned Artichokes, cut in half
  • 1/2 pound Small Mushrooms, cut in half
  • 1 1/2 cups Water
  • 1 cup Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1/2 cup Salad Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 Clove Garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dried Oregano

    Directions
  1. Mix for marinade: water, red wine vinegar, salad oil, salt, garlic, pepper, thyme and oregano
  2. Add shrimp artichokes and mushrooms. Marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
  3. Drain and serve with crackers.
