Bates County Produce is located in Rich Hill, Missouri. Bates County Produce is headed up by Ben Hoover and represents approximately
40 small family farms that employs Old Order farming techniques.
The community grows good quantities of romaine lettuce, red leaf lettuce, Boston lettuce, cabbage, zucchini, yellow squash, Candy onions, peppers, eggplant, Lunch Box peppers, Athena melons, watermelon, pie pumpkins and many varieties of Winter squash.
They have been growing high quality produce for over twenty years.
