Blackberry Hill Farms in Rich Hill, Missouri is a small, family oriented business. Being Old Order Mennonites, they do everything the old way; no electricity, no motors. Even their jams and jellies are cooked by wood-fired kettles. Their goal is not to improve on the flavors of nature, but to get as close as we can to the real thing. If the number of satisfied customers is any indication at all; then they’ve got to be pretty close.
