COVID-19 Online Shopping Adjustments

During this time, we are trying to improve and make adjustments to the site for us to keep up with the demand and to be able to better fulfill the orders. Below you will see a few changes that we have made recently and some frequently asked questions that we are seeing.

48 HOUR PICKUP WINDOW. We have temporarily updated our order slots to a 48-hour window. At this time, we will no longer accept orders seven days out. We are asking all customers to keep checking the site for available time slots. If you are not able to pick a time slot it’s because there are no other time slots available. You can also check other Reasor’s locations to see if other time slots are available.

$30 ORDER MINIMUM AND NO FEES. At this time, we are not accepting orders under $30, and all fees have been waived.

QUANTITY LIMITS. Please be aware there are limits on certain items.

SUBSTITUTIONS. We are still experiencing out of stocks on certain products. Make sure to choose whether or not you want substitutions on your items.

DELAYED CANCELLATIONS. If you cancel your order, there is potential it could take 3 to 5 days for your money to be deposited back into your account. This is determined by the bank that you use, not Reasor’s. If you add items to your order you may see the pending charges on your account until your bank releases your funds.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS. Placing a Curbside order does not reserve or set aside items from our stores for that timeframe. Your personal shopper will select items based on store inventory at the time the order is selected.

CHECK WITH US BEFORE YOU COME. Make sure you check your email before heading to the store, just in case we are running behind. We ask that you receive your “ready for pick up confirmation” before heading to the store.
