Reasor’s has once again been named a Certified Healthy Business through the Certified Healthy Oklahoma program. The Certified Healthy Oklahoma program is administered by the Oklahoma Turning Point Council and the Oklahoma State Department of Health, Center for the Advancement of Wellness.
This certification is granted when a business meets specific criteria promoting health and wellness within their company. Reasor’s encourages their employees to be healthy by providing health screenings and an on-campus clinic, both free of charge with Reasor’s insurance. Reasor’s also organizes an employee team each year for the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure as well as a multi-site blood drive with the Oklahoma Blood Institute for employees to donate blood while working.
In addition to these corporate initiatives, Reasor’s employs a team of Registered Dietitians who are dedicated to educating employees and the community about healthy lifestyles and encouraging disease prevention and management through their Eat Right Feel Great and Dietitian Approved programs. As a part of these initiatives, they offer several in-store and community services including private nutrition consultations, personal shopping experiences, customized meal plans, a weight loss challenge, and more. Reasor’s is proud to offer their Registered Dietitian services to employees at a reduced cost and to the public for competitive and affordable pricing.
