Meal Planning with Reasor's Registered Dietician
You will participate in a 15 minute phone screening with a Reasor’s Registered Dietitian to coordinate the completion of a food preference questionnaire and discuss nutrition goals. This food preference questionnaire may be completed over email. Alternatively, clients may choose to complete the questionnaire in-person at the coordinatingReasor’s Registered Dietitian’s office. Within ten business days after the receipt of your food preference questionnaire, you will receive a personalized two-week meal plan outlining your meals and snacks, including any necessary recipes.The Reasor’s Registered Dietitians support scientific, evidence-based approaches to nutrition and believe healthy lifestyle changes are those that can be maintained. They also believe restrictive dieting is not a part of a balanced approach to nutrition. Therefore, the Reasor’s Registered Dietitians are not proponents of fad diets such as blood type, carbohydrate cycling, paleo, Whole30, etc. Meal plans are ideal for: • Anyone beginning their wellness journey and needing help with the first steps • Anyone looking for new recipes and ideas for meals • Anyone looking for new ways to plan a weekly menu • Anyone looking to establish a more regulated eating schedule • Anyone looking to manage their weight through calorie regulation • Anyone struggling to figure out how to plan meals with a busy schedule • Anyone struggling to manage blood sugars and diabetes • Anyone with moderate skills in food preparation looking to change up their meals One of the Reasor’s Registered Dietitians will contact you after the purchase of your service to schedule your appointment at one of the following Reasor’s locations: Bixby, 41st& Yale, and 71st& Lynn Lane.Please keep your receipt to show proof of purchase for your appointment. Appointments are typically scheduled Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm. Please understand some individuals may need more specialized care for their nutritional needs, and in these instances one of the Reasor’s Registered Dietitians will provide an appropriate referral and refund of services. When purchasing Reasor’s dietitian services online, substitutions, exchanges, or refunds may be necessary PRIOR to your scheduled service. However, there will be no substitutions, exchanges, or refunds issued AFTER any appointment or service. All services expire one year after the date of purchase.
