After the birth of our daughter Amy in 1987, we found there was little time to prepare the quality homemade food we normally ate. Realizing there were others like ourselves, we set up Amy's Kitchen to prepare delicious meals for those who care about the food they eat but are often too busy to cook. We use only the finest ingredients and prepare them with the same careful attention in our kitchen as you would in your own home. No meat, fish, shellfish, poultry, eggs or peanuts are ever used in any Amy's products. We spent several years searching everywhere, including Thailand, for someone to help create the perfect Thai meals for Amy's customers, but with no success. And then, serendipitously, we found Olarn who is part owner of a Thai restaurant right here in Santa Rosa where our plant is located. We immediately asked him to prepare some Thai dishes for us and he did. They were so delicious that we knew our customers would love them. This Thai Red Curry is Amy's dad's favorite. It has finely cut organic vegetables - sauteed onions, broccoli, carrots, tofu and delightfully sweet butternut squash- swimming in an authentically spiced (but not too hot), smooth coconut milk-based curry sauce. Fragrant jasmine rice completes this meal that has no dairy, no wheat, and is absolutely delicious. So enjoy. Amy's Kitchen does not use any peanuts, fish, shellfish or eggs. Asian Meals.
