Issues Currently being addressed

  • Time slots: Due to the high demand, online orders are filling up quickly. If you are unable to select a date and time, we are fully booked for scheduled pickups.  Please continue to check hourly as time slots become available. You can also check other Reasor’s locations to see if other time slots are available.  If you are flexible with your pick up times, you can choose (Flexible Pick-Up). Your order may be ready at any point within the next 7 days between 8:00am-7:00pm. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.  This option may still be unavailable depending on demand.
  • Android App Users: If you are trying to pick a time slot, and no time slots are available on the Android app and you are receiving an error that states, “We cannot deliver to your address provided.” We are asking you to close your app, go to your mobile browser, and type in Reasors.com. There you will be able to pick a time slot.
    • This issue has been resolved as of 4/12/20.  Make sure you update your Android App with version 20200409.
  • Apple App (IOS) Users: If you have placed an order and are trying to add or delete items to your order please go to your mobile web browser, type in Reasors.com, go to your “My Account”, “My Orders”, and then choose your active order that you would like to update. Then click on the button that says, “Add to Order” or make adjustments by adding to your current order or delete an item.
    • This issue has been resolved as of 3/30/20. Make sure you update your Apple (IOS) App with version 20200328.
  • Issues with attaching your Reasor’s Rewards card: If you are trying to add your Reasor’s Rewards card and you are receiving an error that states, “this card is tied to another account,” send us an email at [email protected] with your current Reasor’s Rewards card number and we will update this issue.
    • If you are trying to add your Reasor’s Rewards card and you are receiving an error, make sure you are entering the full 12-digit number like the example below (no spaces or dashes). You will be prompted on the next screen to enter your pin number.
