- How do I check my Reasor's Rewards balance?
If you do not already have an account on www.reasors.com, you will need to create an account on by going to https://www.reasors.com/my-account#!/ and fill out all of the information including your card number which is located on the back of the card. Once you have filled out an account you will be able to go to My Reward History which is located to the left to view your points balance.
If you already have an account, you will log in with your username and password. Your Rewards Balance will show on the front page of the website directly underneath the advertising graphics. If you would like to view specific information concerning your balance clink on the link below your balance, titled "Your Reasor's Rewards Card Details>" and it will take you to a page where you can view your transactions, points accrued, when and where they were used, as well as any points that were not used prior to their expiration date.
- My Card is Tied to Another Account. How do I get that fixed?
Visit the Customer Service Office at your local Reasor's location and let them know that your card is tied to another account. Give them your name, email you would like tied to the account and your Reasor's Rewards card number and they will get it corrected.
