Reasor’s July Cheese of the Month is Van Kaas Gouda. Van Kaas Gouda is imported from the Netherlands. This cow’s milk cheese is naturally smoked over hickory wood and aged for at least 30 days. For lunch try apple, gouda and caramelized onion quesadillas or grilled barbecue chicken, apple and smoked gouda wraps.
