Q: Why do I have to Register my Reasor’s Rewards Card Online?

A: Registration online activates all your savings benefits, including lower prices, digital coupons, weekly mail and text deals, and automatic sweepstakes entries. None of your data will be shared with third-party vendors under any circumstances. Visit your online account to register your card today. Q: Are there any purchases that do not qualify for Rewards Points?

A: Yes. Alcohol and tobacco are excluded. Also not eligible are prescriptions paid in part or in full by federal or state government programs, free antibiotics, and free vitamins. Points are only earned based on the number of paid prescriptions instead of the prescription dollar amount. All points are earned based on spend amount before sales tax.

Q: Where can I use my Reasor’s Rewards Card to earn points?

A: Once your Reasor’s Rewards Card is registered online, you can use it to accumulate points at any Reasor’s main store or make online purchases.

Q: How do I get my savings benefits with the Reasor’s Rewards Card?

A: For fuel discounts: Redeem your points at any Oklahoma QuikTrip or Lil’ Reasor’s fuel center at the time of fill-up by swiping your card at the pump. Learn more about fuel benefits.

For savings benefits in the store: Present it to your cashier or scan it at self-checkout. Your registered Reasor’s Rewards Card will automatically unlock the lowest prices. If you’re shopping online, your card will automatically apply any available discounts at time of purchase.

Q: What if I don’t have my Reasor’s Rewards Card at the register?

A: Your cashier will look up your account using the phone number you provided when you registered your Reasor’s Rewards Card. Points can only be awarded at the time of purchase.

Q: How do I keep track of my Reasor’s Rewards Points?

A: Your Reasor’s receipt will show your points available, including your most recent shopping trip. You can also check your points online in your account, on the Reasor’s app, or by calling 1.800.REASORS (1.800.732.7677).

Q: Do my Reasor’s Rewards Points expire?

A: Yes. Your Reasor’s Rewards Points will be available for 60 days from the date that they are earned.

Q: Do my purchases that have not yet accumulated $50 expire?

A: No, you have unlimited time for your purchases to accumulate to $50. After you reach $50 in qualifying purchases before tax, you will receive three points. You will then have 60 days to use the points before they expire.

Q: How many Reasor’s Rewards Points can be redeemed at one time?

A: All accrued points will be automatically deducted once your card is swiped, and the balance will be reset to zero. Points reduce the per-gallon price of fuel up to 20 gallons maximum.

Q:  Can I cash in my Reasor’s Rewards Points?

A: No. Points have no cash value, and they cannot be sold, transferred, or combined.

Q: What if I lose my card or the magnetic stripe is no longer readable?

A: If you lose or damage your card, fill out a new application form. Check the “replacement” box. Your points will be transferred to your new card. Because the original two cards are linked, you will have to replace both cards should you lose one.

Q: What happens if I forget to swipe my Reasor’s Rewards Card?

A: If you do not have your card available, the cashier can manually find your account using your primary phone number. This is why it is important to keep your phone number and all other information updated at reasors.com. You must present either your card or phone number at time of purchase to accumulate Reasor’s Rewards Points. Points will not be awarded for past purchases. Your phone number can only be used to look up your account for purchases at a Reasor’s food store. When redeeming points at QuikTrip and Lil’ Reasor’s, you must swipe your card at the pump.

Q: Can multiple card numbers be linked together?

A: No, only the two cards issued together within a single account will be linked.

Q: What is required of each Reasor’s Rewards cardholder?

A: Each card member must maintain their personal information. Personal information can be changed on your online account by calling 1.800.REASORS (1.800.732.7677) or at the customer service window.
