Grilled Steak Over Spring Mix

Easy summer weeknight dinner
  • 1 (5 oz.) Bag Spring Mix Salad
  • 1/4 cup Grape Tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup Red Onions, thinly sliced
  • 4 Beef Sirloin Steaks (8 oz. each)
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Your Favorite Vinaigrette Dressing

Add Ingredients to Shopping List

  1. Prepare grill or heat broiler.
  2. Spring steaks with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill over high heat 8 to 10 minutes for rare, 12 to 14 minutes for medium doneness, turning once.
  4. In a large bowl, toss salad mix with tomatoes, onions, and dressing.
  5. Divide salad on plates.
  6. Thinly slice steaks and fan out over the salads.
