  • 4 pounds Sweet Potatoes or Yams
  • 1 1/4 cups Dark Caro Syrup
  • 2 cups Brown Sugar
  • 2 Sticks Butter, cubed

  1. Peel potatoes and cut into 2-inch cubes. Place potatoes in large pot, cover with water, heat until potatoes are fork tender (about 20 minutes) but not mushy. Drain add to large skillet with melted butter add syrup, brown sugar mix together and serve.
