Dear Customer,

Striving to “be the best place to work and shop” is our mission with a major focus of ensuring the safety and health of our employees and customers. The cleanliness of our stores has always been a priority, and now more than ever, reducing the chances of community spread of the COVID-19 virus is of the utmost importance to our employees and customers. Therefore, Reasor’s is enhancing our daily cleaning procedures by increasing how often we clean and disinfecting high traffic areas in our stores, such as restrooms, check stands, door handles and service counters. Additionally, Reasor’s is using an EPA approved disinfectant to protect against and prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus.

We are closely monitoring the situation and following guidance from our local public health officials and government agencies, including the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). We will make ongoing assessments to provide information and guidance as deemed necessary. Reasor’s is encouraging any employee that is not feeling well to stay home. Employees may use our regular paid time-off options so they are not inconvenienced from a personal perspective.

Reasor’s is your hometown grocery and pharmacy, which makes us central to the communities we serve. So don’t forget that our pharmacists are available to help answer questions you might have, or to offer advice for keeping you and your family healthy.

Please remember our additional shopping methods available to our customers:
• Reasor’s Online Shopping. Let us do the shopping for you, and all you have to do is order online and drive to the “Curbside Pick-Up” location at your store. Go to www.Reasors.com to order.
• Shipt. Shipt is our business partner who will shop our stores for you and deliver your groceries to your home. Go to www.shipt.com

Maintaining your trust is a responsibility we all take very seriously. On behalf of our entire team, thank you for the opportunity to serve you and our community.

Respectfully,
Jeff Reasor
